Job description

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Conduct cold and warm calls to understand customers' IT requirements and offer suitable solutions
  • Respond professionally to customer emails and enquiries
  • Deliver a high level of customer service with a customer-first mindset
  • Support and attend face-to-face client meetings when required
  • Process sales orders accurately using internal systems
  • Identify and target organisations to develop long-term customer accounts
  • Regularly follow up with customers to nurture opportunities and relationships
  • Work closely with vendors and distributors to deliver effective IT solutions
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
  • Prepare clear and accurate quotations and sales proposals
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support team objectives

Requirements

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop a long-term career in IT sales. You do not need extensive sales experience - we are looking for individuals with the right attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn., * A recent graduate (or equivalent) with a strong interest in building a career in sales

  • Basic knowledge or interest in IT hardware is desirable, but not essential
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a target-driven environment
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with customers regularly
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and a professional approach to work
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn
  • Interest in developing negotiation and commercial skills
