Job description

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to end users in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware, software, internet connectivity, and user access issues while delivering excellent customer service., * Provide technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or remote tools

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues
  • Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and MFA setup using Microsoft Authenticator
  • Diagnose internet and VPN connectivity problems
  • Use Command Prompt (CMD) tools such as ping, ipconfig, tracert, and nslookup for troubleshooting
  • Create, update, and manage support tickets in the ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support teams
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based systems and applications
  • Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions
  • Deliver professional customer service while handling technical issues

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support preferred

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with MFA tools and account management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Active Directory or ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of remote desktop support tools
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts and internet troubleshooting
