Data Analyst

• Process and migrate large datasets across platforms including Postgres, AWS RDS, and BigQuery
• Develop and execute ETL processes and data workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and biotech teams to migrate and validate data assets
• Support data-driven initiatives tied to genome editing and agricultural research pipelines
• Contribute within Agile software development environments utilizing Git/GitHub workflows
• Assist with data generation, transformation, and integration activities

• Strong experience with:
• Python
• SQL
• R
• Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud services
• Experience manipulating and connecting large datasets
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced technical environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with biological science or genomics datasets
• Infrastructure as Code experience
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience or Master's degree
