Job description

We are seeking a hands-on IT Help Desk / User Support Technician to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is critical in ensuring employees have the tools, connectivity, and support needed to stay productive in a fast-paced environment., * Provide day-to-day help desk support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

  • Provision and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers using standardized processes
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, including system access and equipment setup
  • Maintain and support digital infrastructure including network, cloud services, and email systems
  • Respond to and resolve support tickets while ensuring consistent service levels
  • Enforce standard IT processes and best practices to maintain security and efficiency
  • Escalate complex technical issues as needed and support 24/7 help desk coverage
  • Ensure all users operate within a standardized, secure, and productive environment

Requirements

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, * 1 3+ years of IT support or help desk experience

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environments, email systems, and cloud-based tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
