Job description
We are seeking a hands-on IT Help Desk / User Support Technician to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is critical in ensuring employees have the tools, connectivity, and support needed to stay productive in a fast-paced environment., * Provide day-to-day help desk support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Provision and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers using standardized processes
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, including system access and equipment setup
- Maintain and support digital infrastructure including network, cloud services, and email systems
- Respond to and resolve support tickets while ensuring consistent service levels
- Enforce standard IT processes and best practices to maintain security and efficiency
- Escalate complex technical issues as needed and support 24/7 help desk coverage
- Ensure all users operate within a standardized, secure, and productive environment
Requirements
Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, * 1 3+ years of IT support or help desk experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft environments, email systems, and cloud-based tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
