- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using standard MS Office products to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Help develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Power BI and other BI tools to communicate insights effectively across teams.
- Design and implement database solutions using MS Access, SharePoint, and other database design products to support scalable data storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic initiatives.
- Support LSS MBBs and BBS in requirements gathering, solution development, analysis, and maintenance of data solutions.
- Automate routine reporting tasks using VBA or other scripting languages to improve efficiency.
- Engage in project management activities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Incorporate linked data sources and explore innovative ways to connect disparate datasets for comprehensive analysis.

- Familiarity with ETL tools like Talend or similar platforms for data integration tasks.
- Knowledge of MS Office-based programming languages, such as VBA, and other non-MS Office products, such as R and Python for analytics and statistical modeling is helpful.
- Experience with business analysis techniques to interpret data within the context of organizational goals.
- Ability to design databases effectively while considering scalability and performance optimization.
