We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects across diverse enterprise environments.   • Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise software initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Develop detailed project plans using tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project deliverables, and establish clear communication channels throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Utilize Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe to facilitate iterative development cycles while maintaining flexibility for evolving project needs.
  • Oversee project execution by managing schedules with Project scheduling tools like Microsoft Project and VersionOne; monitor progress and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), review test cases, and ensure quality standards are met before deployment; facilitate release management activities.
  • Manage project documentation including test plans, disaster recovery plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration with databases (SQL, Oracle) and cloud computing environments like AWS; oversee IT governance compliance.
  • Lead program management efforts for multiple related projects; coordinate dependencies and resource allocation across teams.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through presentations, reports, and negotiations to ensure transparency and buy-in throughout project lifecycles. Skills

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Proven expertise in project management methodologies including PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, and IT governance standards.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
  • Extensive experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC processes including requirements gathering, analysis skills, test-driven development (TDD), user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management.
  • Technical proficiency in cloud computing platforms like AWS; knowledge of IT infrastructure components including databases (SQL & Oracle) is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with expertise in project scheduling, time management, risk mitigation strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement; adept at negotiation and conflict resolution in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues related to enterprise software deployments; experience in software development lifecycle optimization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Word, Excel (including pivot tables), Visio diagrams for process mapping, SharePoint collaboration tools, and analysis techniques using Visio or similar platforms.
