Requirements
Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, If you have a good working knowledge of networking hardware, are familiar with rackmount servers and the hosting industry, we invite you to join our team.
We are accepting full-time and part-time applicants.
General Requirements:

Hardware troubleshooting skills with comfort working in a data center environment

Ability to set up and maintain enterprise grade hardware from various manufacturers (Dell, Supermicro, HP, etc)

Ability to install (and remove) racks, shelving, power strips, rails, and cabling within a datacenter

Ability to perform operating system installs with different versions of Windows and Linux

Manage and reply to customer support requests via support ticket, live chat, and/or phone. Knowledge of WHMCS a plus!

Maintain accurate records of data center equipment and services performed

Have reasonable flexibility to work different shifts on occasion which sometimes may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Microsoft and/or Cisco certification/training is a plus; Experience with Cisco switches is also a plus
