- Design and develop embedded hardware systems utilizing FPGA, ARM microcontrollers, and programmable logic controllers to meet project specifications.
- Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks to ensure precision and manufacturability.
- Perform system-level integration and testing of hardware components including SoC modules, surface mount technology (SMT), and surface mount devices (SMD).
- Conduct root cause analysis on hardware failures or performance issues using tools like oscilloscopes, ohmmeters, and signal processing techniques to troubleshoot effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on system design, firmware development in C++, Python, Perl, and scripting for automation tasks.
- Develop project schedules and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of hardware prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Engage in debugging hardware circuits and firmware interactions while supporting manufacturing processes such as soldering and surface mount assembly.
- Utilize simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and validation prior to physical implementation.
- Support mechanical design integration using Revit or Mechanical engineering principles to optimize enclosures and thermal management solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing electrical systems performance and implementing enhancements for reliability and efficiency. Qualifications
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vision inspection system?, * Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with strong electrical experience.
- Proven experience designing embedded hardware systems with a focus on FPGA development (using SystemVerilog), PCB layout (AutoCAD/Revit), and electrical schematics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, Perl, along with scripting for automation purposes.
- Hands-on experience with signal processing techniques, debugging tools (oscilloscopes, ohmmeters), soldering (including surface mount technology), and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with system design involving SoC platforms, ARM processors, NEC standards, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and vision inspection systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical aspects related to electrical systems including thermal management and enclosure design using CAD software like SolidWorks or Revit.
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis combined with project scheduling capabilities to meet deadlines efficiently.
