Mobile Party/Event Manager

We're looking for a hands-on, driven Business Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a growing party/event rental company. If you love organizing chaos into smooth experiences, can switch between sales calls and warehouse checks, and don't mind hopping behind the wheel to deliver gear when needed, this role is for you., * Own daily operations: scheduling, routing, inventory control, and on-time deliveries/pickups.

• Lead and develop a small crew of drivers/employees; hire, train, and schedule staff seasonally.
• Manage client relationships from first inquiry to final pickup; handle quotes, contracts, and invoicing.
• Drive revenue: upsell packages, maintain repeat accounts, and build local partnerships (venues, planners, caterers).
• Oversee quality control: ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained equipment and accurate orders.
• Coordinate logistics: load plans, site checks, and weather contingencies.
• Track and budgets; reduce losses, optimize routes, and improve margins.
• Enforce safety protocols and safe towing practices.

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Vehicle backing operations?, * Valid driver's license and personal truck or SUV capable of towing a 16 ft trailer.

• Confident trailer handling: hitching, backing, and safe transport of loads.
• Strong organizational skills and calm under pressure; excellent customer service.
• Comfortable with basic tech: scheduling/CRM, inventory tools, and mobile apps.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal hours.
• Flexible Schedule, event times will vary including early mornings and or overnight

Nice to have

• Sales or account management experience; local network in events/hospitality.
• Experience with Advertising, Canva and or videography
• Experience with tent setup, staging, lighting
