Job description
We are looking for a Working Student BI Technical Support (f/m/d) for our Office in Ratingen - join our team now! As a Working Student you will significantly support our team in driving the global transformation of our data landscape. Your Scope:
- You will actively support our global project to migrate from Tableau to Google BI, ensuring the quality and integrity of our data.
- You will be the first point of contact for our end users, independently resolving tickets related to SAP BW, Tableau, and QlikView.
- You will act as the interface between functional departments and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- You will contribute to the creation of key concepts - ranging from new security and operational guidelines to change management documentation.
- You will prepare training materials and independently organize sessions to get our business units up to speed on the new systems.
- You will support our teams through the transformation process and support exciting initiatives in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * You are an enrolled student in IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy intensive collaboration and alignment with various functional departments.
- You work independently and in a solution-oriented manner, bringing assigned tasks to a logical conclusion with minimal supervision.
- You have a high level of enthusiasm for modern IT/BI solutions and are proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite for documentation and presentation purposes.
- You are a confident communicator in both German and English (<C1 level preferred), both written and spoken.
