The Industrial Control System Compliance Manager demonstrates a high level of professionalism, leading operational plans, large projects, and processes within the Operational Technology Cyber Security department with limited oversight. This individual contributor is recognized as an expert in their field, developing comprehensive plans for the department to enhance ICS compliance. They are accountable for the performance and results of key initiatives, addressing complex issues with impact extending beyond their immediate functional area. This role applies acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent, anticipates internal and external business challenges, and proactively recommends process, product, or service improvements. The Manager also leads or participates with comparable influence in large projects, contributing to short to mid-term talent optimization plans, all while striving to improve Bunge's outcomes through data-driven decisions and a customer-centric approach., * Manage operational plans, large projects, and processes related to Industrial Control System (ICS) compliance with limited oversight from their manager.
- Lead and/or participate with comparable influence in large projects and initiatives focused on strengthening ICS cybersecurity and regulatory adherence. -

Accountable for the performance and results of multiple small teams or a medium-sized team focused on ICS compliance, addressing issues with impact beyond their immediate functional area.

Develop comprehensive plans within the Operational Technology Cyber Security department, leveraging expertise to ensure robust ICS compliance frameworks.

Apply acquired expertise to analyze and solve complex ICS compliance problems where clear precedents may not exist, identifying new applications of methodologies.

Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and regulatory issues affecting Industrial Control Systems, and recommend proactive improvements to processes, products, or services.

Provide leadership to professionals and support staff, fostering a culture of compliance and security within the OT environment.

Contribute to short to mid-term (1-3 years) talent optimization plans to execute on strategic objectives in the Industrial Control System compliance area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree may be required) with 11 - 14 years of position-related functional management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Deep expertise in Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Operational Technology (OT) environments, and their cybersecurity compliance requirements.

Strong understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NERC CIP, ISO 27001) as applied to OT/ICS.

Proven ability to manage large projects and processes with limited oversight, demonstrating strong organizational and analytical skills.

Experience in conducting ICS risk assessments, gap analyses, and developing compliance strategies.

Ability to analyze and solve complex problems without clear precedent, identifying and implementing innovative solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across technical and operational teams.
