As an HR IT Technical Integration Consultant, you will design, build and maintain integrations between HR systems and business applications to ensure reliable data flows and connections. Integration development:
-
Design, configure, and deploy integrations using middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Build REST/SOAP APIs and manage API gateways (e.g., Apigee, Azure API Management) for HR systems.

Develop data transformation logic using XSLT, JSON, or XML for systems like Oracle HCM Cloud and Workday HCM.

System-specific integrations:

Oracle HCM Cloud: Configure Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for ERP/payroll integrations; use HDL for bulk data loads, and/or
-
Workday HCM: Implement integrations via Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), or MuleSoft, and/or
-
AFAS: Utilize AFAS REST APIs and AppLink for payroll and third-party system integrations, and/or
-
SuccessFactors: Build integrations using SAP CPI and SuccessFactors OData APIs.

Troubleshooting & optimization:

Resolve integration errors (e.g., data mapping issues, latency) in real-time systems.

Monitor integration performance using tools like Splunk or Azure Monitor.

Optimize data flows for scalability and compliance with GDPR or SOC 2.

Collaboration & documentation:

Partner with HRIT Solution Architects and HRIT Integration Architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Document integration architectures, data mappings, and workflows using Confluence or Lucidchart.

Requirements
Do you have experience in XSLT?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * A technical professional with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- You work with precision and in a structured manner, and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.
- You are eager to learn, have strong communication skills, and can explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.
- You are AI literate and able to apply AI in a conscious, critical, and responsible way to enhance your work.
What are we asking?
- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
- You have experience in HR IT technical support or system administration.
- You have hands-on experience with HR platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday HCM, AFAS, Youforce, and/or SAP SuccessFactors).
- You have expertise in integration platforms: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SAP CPI, or Oracle OIC.
- You are proficient API protocols: REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and OAuth 2.0.
- You have strong knowledge of data formats: XML, JSON, CSV, and EDI.
- You have certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or HR systems (preferred).
- You have experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written..
