IT Product Manager | Enterprise Platforms

For our client Kyndryl, we are looking for a senior IT Product Manager who can bring structure, vision, and innovation to a complex enterprise platform landscape.

This is not a traditional operational management role. We are looking for someone who can truly own and evolve platform products from strategy to execution, while aligning business objectives, engineering teams, architecture, security, and operations.

You will become the driving force behind the modernization and strategic evolution of critical IT platforms including Windows, VMware, Linux, Middleware, automation, and cloud-native platform services.

Your responsibilities

• Define and own platform product vision, roadmap, lifecycle, and value delivery
• Drive large-scale platform modernization and transformation initiatives
• Lead roadmap planning, release management, and lifecycle governance
• Introduce stronger product management principles and outcome-based prioritization
• Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), policy-driven operations, and self-healing capabilities
• Support the evolution towards cloud-native and Kubernetes-based platforms
• Improve developer experience through platform engineering and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
• Align engineering, operations, security, architecture, and vendors around shared goals
• Define KPIs and measurable platform success metrics
• Translate complex technical and regulatory topics into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders, You will join an international enterprise environment where platform stability, resilience, security, and scalability are business critical. Salaris: €5.700,00 - €6.200,00 per maand

Do you have experience in VMware?, * 10+ years of experience within IT Product Management, Platform Management, or similar roles

• Strong experience within enterprise or regulated environments (banking/finance is highly preferred)
• Deep understanding of Windows, VMware, Linux, and Middleware platforms
• Experience with automation, IaC, platform engineering, and cloud-native technologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience driving large-scale platform transformations
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with execution and delivery
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
