Job description
The Web Developer will design, develop and maintain high quality, engaging and accessible websites for The Regenda Group. The postholder will take the lead on new web build projects from concept to launch, ensuring all digital products meet accessibility standards, follow SEO/AEO best practice and align with Regenda's brand and strategic priorities.
They will manage internal and external clients confidently, deliver user centred digital solutions, and use analytics to monitor performance and implement improvements. The role also includes supporting small graphic design tasks where needed to enhance both digital and print delivery.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Experienced WordPress developer with advanced Elementor expertise, including Version 4, delivering responsive, high-performing websites through custom development, optimisation and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with the ability to build and refine engaging, user-friendly web experiences.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently, managing end-to-end delivery from planning and development through to launch and ongoing support.
- Highly organised and proactive, with a strong focus on maintaining secure, fast and brand-aligned websites while consistently meeting deadlines and project objectives.
- Experienced in SEO/AEO best practices, website analytics and performance optimisation to improve visibility, usability and overall digital performance.
- Experienced in using Figma and similar wireframing tools, alongside Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, to create user-focused digital and print design solutions.
