Job description

  • Manage and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, Sage, CRM software, and other relevant tools
  • Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing orders and updating client information
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Organise schedules, meetings, and appointments efficiently to support team operations
  • Support IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting basic computer issues and maintaining system updates
  • Ensure all administrative processes adhere to organisational standards and deadlines
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong computer literacy and IT knowledge
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional approach
  • Familiarity with sales administration processes is preferred
  • Computer Science background is desirable but not essential; however, a good understanding of computer systems is required
