Job description

The Company is looking for a highly capable Senior Technical Consultant & Programme Lead to support the continued growth of its technical consulting, implementation support, and programme delivery activities.

This is a blended role combining technical consulting, solution implementation support, programme leadership, technical enablement, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives, ServiceNow platform solution activities, applied technical delivery, and capability development across concurrent programmes and customer environments.

This role is particularly suited to candidates with practical ServiceNow platform experience, including administration, configuration, scripting, integrations, workflow automation, technical consulting, and implementation support. We are open to consider candidates from comparable enterprise platform or digital transformation backgrounds, provided they can demonstrate the technical depth, adaptability, and delivery discipline required to operate within ServiceNow-led environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support technical consulting and implementation activities across ServiceNow, enterprise platform, and workflow environments.

  • Contribute to solution configuration, technical design support, scripting, integrations, workflow automation, and applied use cases.

  • Lead and coordinate technical programme delivery activities across multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery quality and operational outcomes.

  • Contribute to technical enablement, mentoring, and capability development initiatives.

  • Support the evolution of the company's ServiceNow consulting and implementation capabilities.

  • Maintain awareness of evolving ServiceNow platform releases, technologies, and industry best practices., Exposure to IT service management, enterprise workflow, automation, or platform customisation.

  • Exposure to AI readiness, cybersecurity awareness, or responsible technology adoption initiatives.

  • Experience mentoring team members or supporting capability development.

  • Experience supporting globally distributed programmes or delivery teams.

The role will involve regular engagement with customers, partners and internal teams, and candidates should be able to attend client meetings, support UK and international stakeholder engagements, and have the flexibility to undertake occasional travel where required.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, Demonstrable technical consulting, implementation, or enterprise platform experience.

  • Experience supporting ServiceNow, workflow automation, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.

  • Ability to operate within structured programme delivery and stakeholder environments.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including CXO-level audiences where appropriate.

  • Experience working within professional services, enterprise delivery, or technical consulting environments.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable

  • ServiceNow platform experience and/or certifications.

  • Experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, scripting, integrations, workflow automation, or implementation support.
