Adobe Target (Implementation & Activity Development); A/B Testing & Experimentation (MVT; XT; Personalization); at.js & mbox Implementation; JavaScript (DOM Manipulation & Custom Scripting); HTML5 & CSS3 (Front-end Development); Profile Scripting (Audience Targeting); Experiment QA & Debugging (Cross-browser/device testing); Experimentation Lifecycle Management; Requirement Gathering & Technical Solutioning; Stakeholder Management Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Adobe Target Consultant (7 years) with a strong background in experimentation development and personalization for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will act as the primary onsite point of contact for experimentation development, working closely with business stakeholders, Experimentation Program Managers (Exp PMs), and offshore delivery teams. This role requires hands-on expertise in Adobe Target setup, activity development, and front-end implementation using JavaScript, along with the ability to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, and drive end-to-end experiment execution. The candidate must demonstrate strong ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile, and client-facing environment. Act as the primary onsite point of contact for experimentation development, collaborating with business stakeholders, Experimentation Program Managers (Exp PMs), and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery. Lead end-to-end experiment execution in Adobe Target, including setup, configuration, front-end implementation, QA, and launch support for A/B tests, MVT, Auto Target and Automated personalization activities. Gather and refine business and technical requirements through intake discussions, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with experimentation goals. Translate requirements into actionable technical solutions and development tasks, and effectively coordinate with offshore teams to drive timely and high-quality delivery. Develop and implement front-end experiment variations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including custom profile scripting for audience targeting and personalization. Perform QA, debugging, and validation to ensure experiments function correctly across devices, browsers, and audience conditions. Provide consultative guidance on experimentation design, Adobe Target best practices, and personalization strategies to improve effectiveness and scalability. Manage daily coordination and governance with offshore teams, including progress tracking, issue resolution, and adherence to timelines and quality standards. Ensure consistency, reusability, and compliance with coding standards, platform guidelines, and experimentation governance processes.
