DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Navigation Platform Leader, located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, West Chester PA, Raynham MA, Raritan NJ
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes., The Navigation Platform Leader is a senior marketing leader responsible for shaping and executing the global commercial strategy for DePuy Synthes' navigation and enabling-technology platforms. This role drives portfolio positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market excellence across regions, partnering closely with R&D, sales, medical education, and digital teams to accelerate adoption and sustained growth. The role offers the opportunity to influence the future of digitally enabled orthopedic surgery at scale, with direct impact on patient outcomes and surgeon experience., + Lead global commercial strategy and lifecycle management for navigation and platform-based solutions, including positioning, segmentation, and messaging across markets.

Define and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with regional marketing and sales leaders to drive adoption,utilization, and revenue growth.

Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into differentiated value propositions and evidence-based marketing strategies.

Partner with R&D, digital, and medical affairs to influence product roadmaps, launches, and platform evolution.

Lead global launch excellence, including pricing and value strategy, sales enablement, and promotional planning.

Establish performance metrics and dashboards to track commercial execution and continuouslyoptimizeoutcomes.

Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and quality requirements across all marketing activities.
Requirements

Bachelor's degreerequiredin Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, ora relatedfield.

MBAor advanced degree preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required:
-
Typically10-12years of progressive marketing or commercial experience, including leadership roles, aligned to senior marketing levels in the J&J Job Catalog.

Proven experience leading global or regional marketing strategies for complex portfolios or platforms.

Strong understanding of healthcare, medical devices, or digital/surgical technologies.

Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into impactful commercial strategies.

Experience working cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and medical teams.

Strong analytical, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
Preferred:

Experience in orthopedics, robotics, navigation, or enabling surgical technologies.

Global launch leadership for capital equipment, software, or platform-based solutions.

Demonstrated people-leadership experience in a matrixed, global organization.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
