The Assistant Operating Partner is a development opportunity that supports the success of the location. Support and maintain key KPIs, focusing on labor management, turnover reduction through training, and cost control to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Support P&L responsibility for the store with a focus on revenue growth and GP improvement.
Customer Experience and Business Growth:

Support efforts to provide outstanding customer service as the key driver for increasing car count, retention, and new customer acquisition.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local fleet and business accounts, ensuring satisfaction and the delivery of superior automotive service and repair.
Financial, Safety, and Compliance Management:

Manage inventory to ensure efficient and accurate product tracking and demand fulfillment.

Support financial processes, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, to ensure vendor accuracy, adhering to SOPs to enhance cash flow.

Focus on safety and asset protection to maintain operational integrity.

Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Team Development and Engagement:

Train and mentor store employees to develop their customer service and operational management skills.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement through the integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) training programs and encourage employee feedback., The Assistant Operating Partner role offers an opportunity to develop and influence success by supporting strategic initiatives, championing customer satisfaction, and supporting a dedicated team in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Workforce management?, Experience in a tire and automotive retail center or customer-focused management role, with a proven record of accomplishment of achieving KPIs and financial targets. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategic planning. Skillful in workforce management and training, managing employee turnover below industry levels, and enhance service quality. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment., A current and valid driver's license is required.
