L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior IT Administrator in its Camden-NJ location. The IT Administrator serves as a technical expert responsible for the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware, software, and related infrastructure within a classified/high-security environment. This role focuses on maintaining the security, uptime, and performance of networks and servers. Essential Functions:

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Advanced understanding of Windows/Linux administration, Active Directory, virtualization, and network protocol.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in network or systems administration.
- Security+ certification or equivalent industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, MCSA, RHCSA).
- Clearance: Active TS SCI.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- TS/SCI with FS Polygraph preferred.
- CISSP certification preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-program or mission-critical defense systems.
- Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, system accreditation, and continuous monitoring.
- Strong coordination skills across engineering, cybersecurity, and government audit teams.
- Scripting: Proficient in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
