Work in a chemical laboratory environment collaborating with other members of a customer team to leverage old and new systems and technologies in innovative ways to develop proprietary products that can be distributed worldwide.

Interact with other team members, customers, outside contractors, and agencies to analyze, develop, test, train, demo, and deploy systems that are both unique and traditional in a challenging world.

Able to work independently without supervision and meet quick deployment deadlines ensuring the solutions meet the customer's product requirements.

Occasionally local and domestic travel for program-related meetings with external contractors/offices.
Requirements

A security clearance is not required at the time of application. Employment is contingent upon the candidate successfully obtaining a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance prior to their start date.

Bachelor's degree in chemistry and 5 years of related experience, a master's degree in chemistry with 3 years of related experience, or a PhD with one year of related experience.

Experience working in a chemistry lab environment performing product/system analysis, development, and testing.

Intermediate to strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Ability to provide detailed instruction, demos, and training to individuals and groups.
Basic Qualifications for a Senior Principal Cyber Systems Engineer:

Preferred Qualifications for both levels:

Knowledge of paper manufacturing/coating/tableting techniques and methods.

Secondary Level Salary Range: $151,100.00 - $226,700.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
