Software QA Engineer

• Test new features, bug fixes and regression test current functionality
• Report defects through our ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and triage issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification
• Design and develop test scenarios to address business and technical use cases
• Create, execute, and maintain automated test cases for web and desktop applications, covering functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure a comprehensive understanding of application features and functionalities.

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are looking for a full-time QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with both manual and automated software testing and have excellent communication skills. You will work directly on our e-Discovery application, testing new features, verifying bug fixes, regression testing and running automated test scripts. • Experience testing web applications
• Solid understanding of SDLC and knowledge of software QA best practices
• Manual testing experience
• Ability to use a ticketing system such as Jira and follow a workflow
• Knowledge of e-Discovery a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Puppeteer
