IT Support Technician

We are looking to immediately hire an experienced IT Support Technician to help with our growing managed IT services client base in West Tennessee. We serve as an outsourced IT department for small businesses and a successful candidate will work with clients and fellow teammates to resolve and prevent issues for our clients.

A successful candidate will be able demonstrate an understanding of server domains, desktop computers, LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, backups, Office 365, and more., * Onsite, remote and telephone support services for business clients

• Server maintenance and repair
• Backup management and monitoring
• Wireless network support
• Network printer support
• Corporate email support
• Productivity software support

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Serving clients?, They must also be able to demonstrate a strong desire to serve others and be able to communicate well with others, including our clients. We have a small team, and you must be able to get along well with others., * Current A+ and/or Microsoft Certifications are desired.

• Must have great communications and technical skills.
• Must be committed to a high level of professionalism and to providing top-notch customer service.
• Must have solid references.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug test., * IT support: 3 years (Required)
