How You'll Make a Difference

As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing testing into the future. We're not just checking boxes-we're building smart, scalable, automated systems that ensure our products are rock-solid before they reach customers.

You'll be the force behind:

• Building slick, reusable test automation frameworks
• Turning repetitive testing into automated magic
• Embedding quality into every stage of the SDLC
• Collaborating with developers, product teams, and DevOps to ship high-quality, on-time releases

Please note: This role works 4 days in the Scottsdale, AZ office and 1-day remote.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Daily Playground)

• Design and build robust automation frameworks (functional, integration, regression, E2E, performance-you name it!)
• Create automated tests for UI, APIs, and everything in between
• Develop tools to generate and manage test data (because data matters!)
• Partner with dev teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Build dashboards and reports so everyone can see automation wins in action
• Jump into Agile ceremonies and contribute your QA superhero insights
• Investigate bugs like a detective - reproduce, analyze, and squash
• Help shape the future of QA by defining best practices, standards, and metrics, * Work on meaningful products where quality truly matters
• Collaborate with smart, passionate teammates
• Get hands-on with modern tools and evolving tech
• Have a real voice in shaping QA strategy-not just executing it

Final Thoughts

Do you have experience in Tooling?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3+ years as an SDET, developer, or similar role

• Strong coding chops in Java and/or Python
• Hands-on experience with tools like:

o Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, RestAssured

o Postman, SoapUI, JMeter

o Git, Maven, SQL

• Experience testing web apps, APIs, and databases
• Deep understanding of Agile + SDLC processes

Bonus Points For:

• JavaScript, Angular, Spring, JUnit skills
• CI/CD pipeline wizardry
• Cloud infrastructure experience
• Performance & load testing expertise

The Basics

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas clearly
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar is a plus
