Job description
This project supports a modernization initiative to improve district-level financial data intake and reporting processes. The effort will deliver a customized data management platform aligned with existing operational workflows while enhancing usability, security, auditability, and reporting capabilities.
The Application Programmer will support the design, development, testing, enhancement, and maintenance of application programs in accordance with established standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Design, code, compile, test, debug, modify, and document new or existing application programs.

Identify, research, and resolve program, machine, data, or system software issues.

Collaborate with employees and users to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Review programming work for assigned systems to ensure data integrity and availability.

Analyze system changes, enhancements, and designs to maintain data integrity and system availability.

Support development activities aligned with enterprise coding best practices.

Contribute to CRM systems, intake portals, and automated reporting solutions.

Participate in implementation activities involving SQL Server and .NET full-stack technologies.
Requirements
Two (2)+ years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:

SQL Server and data integrity solutions

CRM systems, intake portals, and automated reporting

.NET full-stack development and ASP.NET frameworks

Enterprise coding best practices
Desired Qualifications

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure

Experience with modern frameworks including Vue.js, Angular, or React

Prior experience developing state applications or working in regulated public-sector environments
