Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly capable Data Analyst to strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization by delivering trusted reporting, scalable dashboards, and high-quality analytical insight. This role will own critical activities across data intake, validation, reporting, and visualization, ensuring stakeholders have reliable information to make timely business decisions., · Prepare, validate, and ingest data from multiple internal and external sources into approved data environments.

· Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Sigma or comparable platforms.

· Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability across reporting assets.

· Translate business questions into structured analysis, recurring reports, and clear performance insights.

· Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define metrics, and align reporting outputs to business priorities.

· Produce stakeholder-ready reports and presentations that communicate findings, trends, risks, and opportunities with clarity.

· Support the ongoing improvement of reporting processes, dashboard usability, and data governance practices.

· Stay current on evolving analytics, visualization, and data management best practices.

Do you have experience in Quality control operations?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The Data Analyst will partner with business and analytics leaders to transform raw data into accurate, actionable insight. This individual will support data ingestion, monitor data quality, develop reporting assets, and create intuitive dashboards that improve visibility into performance, trends, and opportunities. Success in this role requires strong SQL skills, sound analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.

· Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational or cloud-based data platforms.

· Demonstrated experience building dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.

· Experience working with large datasets and applying data validation and quality control methods.

· Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings in a concise and business-relevant way.

· Experience with Snowflake is preferred but not required.

· Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and work effectively in a collaborative environment., * Bachelor's (Required)
