Technical Specialist

As a Technical Specialist in the Enterprise Infrastructure Operations team, you will provide dedicated support to teams across Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure & Operations (ECIO), ensuring clear, effective, and timely documentation throughout the organization. You will develop, deliver, and manage a variety of user documentation (including, but not limited to, emails, presentations, and daily reports) tailored to a global audience and delivered through multiple channels. Success in this role requires collaboration with technical and non-technical team members to ensure messaging is accurate, concise, consistent, and aligns to business goals.

Do you have experience in HTML?, * Degree/Certification in Communication or Technical Writing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to apply rigorous English grammar and punctuation standards
• Ability to simplify complex concepts or technical tasks into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote, HTML & CSS
• Customer service orientation with a collaborative approach
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadline pressure
• Foundational knowledge/experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) is a plus
• Foundational knowledge/experience in visual design is a plus

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00-$65.00 per hour. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
