5414\n \n CALIBRE Systems inc., an employee owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking to fill multiple slots in the Washington, DC area. \n \n The VCF Design & Deploy Senior Consultant is a mission-critical, hands-on expert responsible for delivering VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions within secure, enterprise-scale environments. This role bridges architecture and execution-bringing designs to life through deployment, integration, and optimization.\n \n You will work directly with customer stakeholders across high-visibility DoD, federal, or regulated environments to implement scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.\n \n \nPrimary Responsibilities\n \n \n

  • Lead deployment and configuration of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments across multiple U.S. locations\n
  • Implement core technologies including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, SDDC Manager, and VMware Aria/vRA\n
  • Execute deployment runbooks aligned with architectural designs and VMware validated architectures\n
  • Configure and validate compute, storage, networking, and virtualization layers\n
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and integration issues during deployment and post-deployment\n
  • Conduct environment assessments and provide recommendations for performance, scalability, and stability\n
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and execution accuracy\n
  • Produce high-quality documentation (as-builts, runbooks, procedures)\n
  • Support Day-1 and Day-2 operational readiness and knowledge transfer\n
  • Operate effectively in secure, mission-critical DoD, federal, or regulated environments\n
