Senior IT & Engineering Systems Specialist

Netcom, Inc. is seeking a hands-on technical professional to support both our IT infrastructure and manufacturing engineering systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, supporting production environments, and working across multiple disciplines including IT systems, automation, RF test support, and engineering applications.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, technically versatile, and comfortable supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term system improvements within a manufacturing environment., * Support and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure

• Manage virtualization, backups, cloud services, and production-related IT systems
• Support ERP systems, SQL databases, reporting, and manufacturing workflows
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and production test issues
• Support RF production and automated test environments
• Develop and maintain automation tools, scripts, and engineering utilities
• Assist with manufacturing process improvements and system optimization
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong experience supporting Windows-based IT infrastructure and networks

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VMware, and network administration
• SQL, scripting, or programming experience (Python, PowerShell, C/C++, etc.)
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across both IT and engineering systems
• Ability to manage multiple technical priorities independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, * Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor Kinetic
• Familiarity with RF production, calibration, or automated test systems
• Experience with automation, instrumentation, or engineering software tools
