Sr SAP Developer

• Perform business systems design, configuration, upgrades, and improvements for assigned SAP platforms.
• Serve as primary support contact for end-users, identifying and resolving application issues and cross-team impacts.
• Lead impact analysis, build and test system changes, and identify performance improvements to enable business processes.
• Mentor junior analysts, support their questions, and delegate activities as needed.

• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions (application analyst or project delivery role).

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, including ABAP on HANA, object oriented ABAP, and performance optimized development.
• SAP development expertise, specifically in modern S/4HANA development and/or cloud-based extensibility.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business intuition skills.
• Ability to design and document workflows, configure systems, and lead estimation of enhancements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
