Job description
What You'll do As an Application Analyst II, you will be overseeing Oracle ERP applications like XStore, SIOCS and CE. You will provide assistance when needed to ensure that the systems and system processes needed for the business are monitored, maintained, and running smoothly, acting as a technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues - usually on an immediate basis.

Support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Xstore Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Xstore solutions meet business needs and align with organizational goals.

Provide functional, and technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end users.

Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.

Create and maintain training and process materials/documentation.

Create functional documents such as training instructions for end users.

Assist with training end users on software systems.

Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and vendors to facilitate communication and project progress.

Provide business applications and technical assistance when applications are being designed, developed and tested.

Participate in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.

Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales management systems support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * At least 4 years of applications support experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 2 or more years of experience with Oracle POS and related Oracle ERP applications.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication., * Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
- Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
- Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
- Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
- Close vision for computer-related activities
