Job description

Reporting to the Belgian Sales & Service Support Manager, you will work closely with field and factory technicians, as well as the sales team. You will provide technical support for our medical devices to our clients (hospitals, clinics, private neurologists)., * Providing level 1 and 2 technical support via telephone or digital tools for our EEG and EMG devices.

  • Performing corrective maintenance on hardware and software.
  • Assisting with software usage and configuration.
  • Providing support for network environments.
  • Providing remote IT support (accessing equipment).
  • Liaising with workshops for the repair of electronic sub-assemblies.
  • Recording, analyzing, and resolving technical incidents encountered by clients.
  • Preparing service quotes and managing the inventory of loaner and spare equipment.
  • Contributing to a service culture focused on quality, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, with a constant priority given to patients.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, You are a meticulous, curious, and service-oriented technician looking to develop your career in a high-value medical environment., * Advanced technical training (e.g., BTS/Bac+2) in computer science, electronics, or a related field

  • Solid knowledge of the following environments:
  • Microsoft Windows
  • Microsoft Server
  • Network systems and architectures (hardware and software)
  • Knowledge of analog electronics and/or SQL databases would be an asset
  • Excellent customer service and user satisfaction skills
  • Ability to work independently, methodically, and in an organized manner, while also enjoying teamwork
  • Proficient in technical English, enabling written communication within the group and participation in English-language training
  • Ideally, 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support/helpdesk (motivated entry-level candidates will also be considered)
  • Experience working with HL7 interfaces is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and networking is also a plus

Language abilities: Fluent Dutch and Professional level English speaker. A good knowledge of German or French languages will be a plus.
