What you´ll build

  • Support the review and enhancement of accessibility guidelines
  • Create and support accessibility training, e-learning content, and research on tools and new formats (e.g., AI-based learning, podcasts)
  • Strengthens the organization's accessibility standards and awareness, enabling more inclusive and compliant digital content
  • Drives innovation in learning formats and tools, improving scalability and effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Work closely with accessibility experts, learning professionals, and content owners in a collaborative environment, Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor. Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Enrolled in a degree such as Media/Communication, Instructional Design, UX/HCI, Educational Sciences, or (Business) Informatics
  • Early practical experience (e.g., projects, internships, student roles) in content creation, accessibility, learning, or digital topics
  • Essential: MS Office (especially PowerPoint and SharePoint), research skills, very good English skills (German a plus)
  • Nice-to-have: Articulate or similar tools, Synthesia/AI tools, accessibility standards (WCAG), or basic podcast/media production
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and explore new topics
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Working from Walldorf office is required once a week on Wednesday
