Are you passionate about technology and client success? Join Acrelec and become the voice of Acrelec in your market! We're looking for a Professional Services Specialist to support self-order kiosk software and ensure smooth operations for leading QSR brands.
What You'll Do
- Support self-order kiosk software operations and content management.
- Set up and monitor A/B tests to optimize performance.
- Manage QA and adoption of new application releases.
- Coordinate pilots and deployments of new versions.
- Follow up on outstanding software support issues.
- Perform estate grooming: OS & middleware updates, monitoring tools for estate views.
- Participate in customer-facing grooming sessions and represent Acrelec in operational activities.
- Create and maintain localized documentation for each release along with troubleshooting guides to pass on to levels 1 and 2 support teams.
- Train Acrelec Local Market teams or KFC Local Market staff on new releases and troubleshooting procedures.
- Use monitoring tools to produce estate health reports
Work Location & Travel You will be based 3 days per week in the KFC Local Market Office and 2 days a week in the Acrelec Local Market Office with occasional travel to Bucharest, Romania or other EU markets.
Your Impact You'll be the local expert ensuring smooth deployments and high-quality service, working closely with our Program Manager and Engineering department. Your role is key to driving innovation and operational excellence.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Quality assurance?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * English fluency (written & spoken).
- Strong IT skills: networking, OS.
- Availability to travel (national and international)
- Nice to have: QA experience.
