As a SailPoint IAM Engineer, You Will:
-
Configure, troubleshoot, and manage SailPoint connectors and integrations across enterprise environments.

Design, develop, and support enterprise IAM workflows, enabling advanced troubleshooting and workflow automation.

Build, release, import, and manage Identity and Access Management related changes across environments.
-
Implement and support enterprise and cloud-based security access systems including Federation, SAML, and related authentication technologies.

Customize SailPoint components including Rules using BeanShell/Java, Workflows, Forms, Policies, and Certifications (Access Reviews).

Support UAT and production deployments while managing release activities and environment stability.

Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams and participate actively in sprint planning, delivery, and stakeholder discussions.

Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to support IAM initiatives and operational requirements.

Ensure secure and scalable identity management practices across distributed enterprise systems.
Requirements
-
6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with strong expertise in SailPoint technologies.

Strong understanding of enterprise IAM environments including SailPoint, Active Directory, SAP, and distributed application integrations.

Hands-on experience implementing and managing security access systems within enterprise and cloud environments.

Strong expertise in authentication and federation technologies including SAML and related protocols.

Experience customizing SailPoint components such as Rules, Workflows, Forms, Policies, and Access Reviews.

Strong troubleshooting capabilities related to connectors, integrations, workflows, and IAM operations.

Experience supporting release management, deployment activities, and production support.

Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP environments.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum-based delivery environments.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CCIE Security are highly preferred.
