Job description
As our IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers - helping to troubleshoot issues, install software, set up user accounts, and escalate more complex problems to senior engineers when needed. You won't be left to sink or swim; you'll be supported by people who want you to succeed.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, We're looking for a tech-savvy, people-friendly problem solver to join our team. Just as important as technical ability, we care about attitude, teamwork, and being a decent human to work alongside., We care more about your mindset than your CV. If you're curious, proactive, and keen to learn, you'll do well here. Ideally, you'll have:
- A genuine interest in technology - whether that's gaming, building PCs, or fixing Wi-Fi issues
- Some customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or any people-facing role)
- A logical approach to problem-solving
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
- Some familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, or basic networking concepts is helpful, but not essential
Previous IT support experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training will be provided., * Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence is desirable
- This is an office-based role. Applicants must already be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Witney and able to attend the office regularly.
- We are unable to consider applicants who are currently based overseas.
