Identify potential risks to on-time delivery and work cross-functionally to resolve challenges, ensuring we always deliver on our promises

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and act as their internal advocate to ensure a high-quality service experience

Log claims or complaints, identify root causes with the team, and contribute to continuous improvement and preventative actions

Support and mentor newer team members by sharing best practices and contributing to a positive, knowledge-sharing environment Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Team Leader. Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, You'll thrive in this role if you are a natural organiser who enjoys keeping things on track and stays customer-focused and confident when communicating with people. You are proactive, solutions-driven, and able to remain calm under pressure while always taking ownership and following things through to completion. As a strong team player, you genuinely enjoy working collaboratively and feel comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, keeping things moving, and being the person who "gets things done" - this could be the perfect role for you.
Ideally you have
- Experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or administration
- Good IT skills including MS Office or Google Workspace
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, ERP, or CRM systems (helpful but not essential)
- Experience in maritime, logistics, engineering, or industrial sectors is a bonus - but not required
