Job description
In this role, you will support the effective delivery of the University's Data Strategy Project, ensuring that the project is effectively planned and managed to drive the progress required to achieve the project's objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing project delivery, including developing project documentation, monitoring and reporting on project Key Performance Indictors (KPIs). The post holder will also coordinate all project meetings and undertake related administrative duties. This can include recording clear actions, tracking completion and following up on these to ensure completion. The role will involve working closely with relevant stakeholders and workstream leads, as well as developing and maintaining a network of contacts within professional services, to ensure effective and timely project delivery.
Requirements
As an ideal candidate, you will have a Project Management qualification or relevant equivalent experience. You will be proactive in managing your workload, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task in order to meet tight deadlines accurately and efficiently. You should have strong IT skills and be a confident user of all standard Microsoft Office programmes. Experience using a variety of project management methodologies, including agile project delivery, would be advantageous.
