Online Technical Salesperson Needed - Farnham

We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy individual to join our team on a 6-month contract helping manage and sell a wide range of IT and technology-related equipment through various online sales platforms.

This is not a heavily corporate environment - we work hard, enjoy what we do, and are looking for somebody who will fit in with a relaxed but productive team atmosphere.

The role would suit somebody who is genuinely interested in technology, enjoys learning, can think for themselves, and is happy being left alone to crack on with tasks without needing constant supervision.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Accurately photographing, describing and listing technical equipment online with clear specifications and well-presented pictures (camera provided)
• Dealing with customers via email and telephone
• Organising collections, deliveries and returns
• Correctly packing and dispatching equipment to ensure it arrives safely and professionally presented
• Sorting and organising incoming stock and storage areas
• Updating stock systems and databases accurately
• Identifying additional sales opportunities and repeat customers

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Direct sales?, Do you have a GCSE?, * Technically minded with a strong interest in IT and technology

• Comfortable identifying computer hardware and components
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage their own workload
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Friendly, polite and professional with customers
• Keen to learn and not afraid to get stuck in
• Honest with good attention to detail

Starting salary is in line with National Minimum Wage, with a performance-based bonus structure reviewed after the first 3 months and paid after the following month subject to sales targets and returns performance.
