Working closely with our in-house Business Systems Developer and wider Business Improvement function, you'll help bridge the gap between operational process, systems thinking and workflow automation - supporting the continued evolution of how we work as a business.

This role sits within a collaborative and fast-evolving area of the business focused on continuous improvement, smarter workflows and operational scalability.

Alongside our existing CRM and automation ecosystem, we are also actively developing internal operational platforms and tools designed specifically around the way our business operates in the real world.

You'll work across departments to help build, maintain and improve the systems, automations and processes that support our operations, while helping ensure solutions remain practical, sustainable and user-friendly for the people using them every day.

We currently use platforms such as Pipedrive and Make to support automation and operational workflows.

This is a hands-on role focused on practical problem solving, continuous improvement and helping the business work smarter as we continue to scale., * Supporting the development and maintenance of automation, workflows and operational systems

  • Building and improving workflow automations using low-code/no-code platforms such as Make
  • Supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of our CRM ecosystem
  • Working collaboratively with operational and business improvement teams to identify opportunities, improve workflows and support better ways of working
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce manual handling and improve operational efficiency
  • Helping improve how data flows between systems and teams
  • Assisting with workflow mapping, process documentation and system auditing
  • Supporting operational teams with system improvements and problem solving

The impact of this role will be felt across the entire business every single day.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, Curious, logical and naturally drawn to improving how things work.

You enjoy spotting inefficiencies, untangling messy processes and finding smarter ways of doing things.

You have a genuine interest in systems, automation and operational technology.

While you may not come from a traditional software engineering background, you do have hands-on experience working with automation platforms, workflow-driven systems or low-code/no-code tooling and are comfortable understanding how systems connect and interact.

You enjoy combining technical curiosity with practical problem solving and are naturally drawn to improving operational processes through smarter system design.

You're the sort of person who:

  • enjoys building automations and workflows
  • likes understanding how systems connect together
  • naturally questions inefficient processes

This role is best suited to candidates who already have experience working with workflow automation, operational systems or low-code/no-code platforms in a hands-on capacity.

We are specifically looking for somebody who has experience building, configuring, improving or maintaining automations and workflow-driven systems - not simply using CRM platforms as an end user.

Experience with platforms such as:

  • Make
  • Zapier
  • Pipedrive
  • Airtable
  • Notion
  • Power Automate
  • n8n
  • or similar operational tooling
