The person who helps our practices run smoothly behind the scenes, enabling teams to perform at their best and ensuring consistency, efficiency, and clarity across multiple sites.
We're looking for someone who not only supports operations but actively improves them - someone who can identify opportunities, streamline processes, and contribute to the continued growth of our organisation with confidence and care.

Purpose - Driving operational excellence
You'll support the smooth and effective running of our practices by contributing to strong processes, systems, and ways of working. You'll work closely with Business Development Managers and the wider team to ensure consistent delivery of operational goals.
People - Supporting teams to thrive
You'll build strong relationships with Practice Managers and central teams, offering guidance, coaching and practical support. You'll help teams navigate change and feel confident in delivering operational excellence.
Patients - Enabling excellent experiences
You'll support practices in creating environments where patients receive seamless, safe and high-quality care. You'll contribute to initiatives that enhance the patient journey and ensure consistency across our sites.
Profit - Sustainable performance and growth
You'll support performance improvement by analysing and interpreting operational data, identifying efficiencies and contributing to cost-effective, sustainable growth. You'll also play a role in supporting new practice openings and growth initiatives., At its core, this role is about supporting high-performing practices by enabling efficient, compliant, and well-managed operations. The Operations Support Manager works in partnership with Business Development Managers and wider teams to ensure practices run smoothly, teams feel supported, and patients receive exceptional care.
This role contributes to building an environment where operational excellence, collaboration, and sustainable growth allow both colleagues and patients to thrive.
Role Summary
Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role plays a key part in supporting the performance and development of multiple dental practices. It is about more than operational support - it is about enabling our teams, strengthening our systems, and contributing to a culture where excellence is delivered consistently.
You will work closely with Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams as a central resource to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support the successful delivery of key operational projects. Ensuring strong understanding of neighbouring central departments will strengthen the knowledge you are able to bring as an additional resource to the Operations Team to support the field-based teams.
Taking a practical and collaborative approach, you will identify opportunities for improvement, support implementation of change, and contribute to growth initiatives. Through your work, you will help ensure our practices remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with our purpose: Improve Lives and Create Smiles.

Patients - Enabling Excellent Patient Experience
- Support practices in maintaining environments that allow for safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
- Assist in the implementation of initiatives that improve patient experience and service delivery.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure operational processes support seamless patient journeys.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards across all practices.
Profit - Sustainable Performance and Growth
- Monitor, analyse and interpret operational and financial performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiencies across practices.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of growth plans, including supporting new practice openings.
- Support marketing and operational initiatives that drive patient growth and business performance.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Management?, * Is practical, organised, and solutions-focused, always thinking about how to add value to practices and patients.
- Works collaboratively across teams and builds strong, trusted relationships.
- Passionate about data, with the ability to analyse and transform it into meaningful insights that drive informed operational decisions.
- Communicates clearly and confidently with both operational and non-operational colleagues.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Can balance multiple priorities across different sites with structure and focus.
- Takes pride in supporting teams and improving how things work.
You'll also bring:
- Experience in multi-site operations or practice management
- A strong understanding of operational processes and performance improvement
- Confidence analysing operational data and turning insights into actions
- Experience supporting projects, systems implementation, or process improvements
- The ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as finance, HR and marketing
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across sites

- Strong understanding of multi-site operations, ideally within healthcare or dental practice environments.
- Ability to analyse operational performance data and translate insights into practical actions and decision making.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
- Experience supporting operational projects, systems implementation, and process improvements.
Communication & Style
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organisation.
- Collaborative and adaptable working style, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

Experience (Essential)
- Experience in operational or practice management across multiple sites.
- Proven ability to support performance improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Experience analysing and interpreting operational data to monitor performance, inform planning and optimise processes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as finance, marketing, and HR.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across multiple sites in the UK, with flexibility to respond to operational needs.
Experience (Desirable)
- Experience within dental or healthcare environments.
- Involvement in practice openings, expansions, or operational transformation projects.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in a clinical setting.
- Full UK driving licence.
