Job description

Description of Work This position provides administrative support to the Quality Assurance (QA) and Constituent Concerns(CC) Teams. Duties include: Running reports utilizing Data Warehouse and the Online Case Management System (OMS) Generate Graphics and other visuals to support reports. Receiving and assigning constituent concerns. Populate and maintain tracking logs and generating and distributing monthly reports. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences, This position will close at 11:59 p.m. the night before the end date. Requirements

Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. The Knowledge Skills and Abilities/ Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred.

  • Experience in prioritizing a wide variety of work.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare written communication, presentations, maintain CC log etc.
  • Experience in working independently with people with courtesy and tact in performing duties that may be sensitive in nature.

Salary Range: $31,200 - $51,249 Recruitment Range: $31,200 - $38,757
