Job description
Senior Software Engineer (Modernizing Medicine, Inc.; Boca Raton, FL): Architect, design, and implement identity solutions that ensure the security and scalability of Modernizing Medicine, Inc.'s platform. Collaborate closely with senior engineers in the team and cross-functional teams to integrate identity services seamlessly across company products and drive innovation in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space. Design and build secure, scalable IAM solutions using OAuth, SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language), and industry standards. Implement, customize, and optimize Keycloak for peak performance and security. Collaborate with other engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Champion IAM best practices, and drive adoption across the organization. Continuously learn and evaluate emerging trends and technologies in the IAM space.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Spring Boot?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Telecommuting/work-from-home permitted 2 days/week; must be at worksite 3 days/week.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, plus six (6) years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation.
Must have experience with the following:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) industry experience;
- Authentication and authorization protocols: OAuth and SAML;
- Keycloak or similar IAM platforms;
- Java, Spring Boot, and SQL;
- Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; and
- OWASP and NIST standards and frameworks.
