Job description
- Serve as a trusted advisor on agile software development and acquisition processes for a JLVC tool used in Service and Combatant Command exercises.
- Serve as Aerospace's technical representative and advisor to a government customer to scope and guide the completion and demonstration of a prototype cubesat
- Lead engineering assessments with company subject matter experts in modeling and simulation, information systems, software development and mission payload data.
- Work in a government program office and contribute to group efforts.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Testing (project management phases)?, * Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or closely related field involving space operations and joint warfighting capability development along with a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10 years of overall applicable experience.
- Minimum 8-12 years working with the DoW and/or IC to develop, design, and or test air, ground or space systems
- Experience in government program management environments, including the ability to work all phases of design and system acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of DoW and IC national and tactical sensors
- Willing to travel d omestically approx. up to 15% of the time for CONUS exercises
- This position requires a current and active TS/SBI/SCI security clearance and the ability to obtain a polygraph, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance, * The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination process
- Prior experience with design or integration of hardware components
- Prior leadership experience or management in planning and executing a budget
- Track record of success in both IC and DoW organizations
