We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Project Manager to support a large-scale federal cloud modernization program focused on enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role sits within a high-visibility, mission-driven environment delivering secure, scalable applications across a complex enterprise ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings strong Agile delivery leadership, technical awareness of Salesforce-based platforms, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This role partners closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution of enterprise application delivery and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce technical projects within a large-scale enterprise or federal environment

• Manage cross-functional Agile teams across multiple workstreams

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, deliverables, and milestone tracking

• Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to define and deliver project objectives

• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely mitigation

• Communicate status updates and recommendations to senior leadership

• Support production releases and deployment activities

• Assist with modernization efforts, including migration of legacy applications to cloud platforms

• Remove blockers and support team productivity and delivery flow

• Ensure alignment across technical, functional, and business teams throughout delivery

• Experience managing technical software projects in an Agile environment

• Experience supporting a government client.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams

• Full lifecycle Agile project or program management experience

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership engagement

• Experience coordinating technical deliverables and project execution activities

• Experience supporting production deployments or enterprise application delivery

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PgMP certification preferred

• Experience with Salesforce or enterprise CRM platforms

• Experience with modernization or legacy-to-cloud migration initiatives

• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, and enterprise SDLC practices
