Job Description:Seeking an experienced Systems Architect to support enterprise SharePoint and Business Intelligence environments across multiple SharePoint platforms including SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SharePoint administration, SQL Server, SSRS, PowerShell automation, reporting services integration, infrastructure support, and enterprise platform optimization. This role requires hands-on experience managing multi-server SharePoint farms, configuring enterprise services, supporting business intelligence integrations, performance tuning, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and maintaining secure enterprise collaboration environments., * Administer and support enterprise SharePoint multi-server farm environments
- Configure SharePoint services including User Profile Service (UPS), Business Data Connectivity (BDC), Search, and Managed Metadata services
- Manage SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) integration and reporting environments
- Configure SharePoint web applications, site collections, permissions, and security settings
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SharePoint platform performance and system availability
- Support infrastructure, platform, and user-related issue resolution activities
- Perform SharePoint automation and scripting using PowerShell
- Support development, staging, testing, and production SharePoint environments
- Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and technical teams to support enterprise solutions
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing activities
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support enterprise reporting and business intelligence integrations
- Provide technical cross-training and knowledge transfer activities
- Maintain secure and stable SharePoint environments across multiple platforms
- Support performance optimization and platform improvement initiatives
- Participate in infrastructure troubleshooting and enterprise support activities
Requirements
- Strong experience with SharePoint infrastructure and administration
- Experience managing SharePoint multi-server farm environments
- Strong SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience
- Experience with PowerShell automation and SharePoint scripting
- Experience configuring web applications, workflows, and SharePoint services
- Strong business intelligence and reporting integration experience
- Experience troubleshooting SharePoint infrastructure and enterprise environments
- Experience with SharePoint Designer, WebParts, Silverlight, and Windows Server environments preferred
- Strong performance optimization and system support capabilities
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft SharePoint environments preferred
- Strong infrastructure administration and reporting services expertise preferred
- Must complete required New York State security compliance procedures
- Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and documentation skills preferred
Education:
- Bachelors degree preferred
Certifications:
- Microsoft SharePoint certification preferred
- Microsoft SQL Server certification preferred
