Job Description:Seeking an experienced Systems Developer to support enterprise healthcare application modernization and refactoring initiatives for healthcare systems in a HIPAA-compliant environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC, C#, Oracle PL/SQL, WCF services, REST/SOAP APIs, Visual Studio, SQL optimization, and SOA-based integrations. This role requires full SDLC participation including enterprise application development, secure healthcare system modernization, Oracle database programming, API integration, troubleshooting, production support, and healthcare compliance. - Create and maintain Oracle database objects including procedures, packages, functions, and PL/SQL components
- Develop and integrate REST and SOAP services to support enterprise healthcare applications
- Support data conversion, migration, and modernization activities for enterprise systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve enterprise application and production support issues
- Participate in SDLC activities including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Support ITSM incidents, production support activities, and issue remediation
- Optimize SQL queries and enterprise application performance
- Maintain and support source code repositories using GitLab or TFS
- Participate in secure development practices supporting healthcare and HIPAA compliance
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities

- Mentor developers, consultants, and junior technical team members
- Support healthcare compliance, accessibility, and enterprise system requirements
- Participate in secure SDLC processes and enterprise modernization initiatives
- Maintain development standards, technical documentation, and operational support processes
- Collaborate with technical teams, analysts, and stakeholders on modernization initiatives
Requirements
- Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, C#, and enterprise .NET application development
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL including procedures, packages, functions, and SQL optimization
- Experience with WCF services and REST/SOAP API integration
- Strong experience with Visual Studio and enterprise development tools
- Experience supporting HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems and secure enterprise applications
- Experience with GitLab, TFS, and source control management practices
- Strong SOA integration and enterprise application modernization experience
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience
- Experience supporting SDLC methodologies and secure development practices, * Healthcare systems and HIPAA compliance experience highly preferred
- Strong enterprise modernization and secure development experience preferred
- Must complete ITS security and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills preferred
