Samtec is seeking a Technical Manufacturing Supervisor to join a structured rotational leadership development program designed to develop future department and plant leaders. This role rotates through key manufacturing and operations functions over multi year assignments (typically 18-24 months per rotation), with the goal of assuming full departmental leadership.

Operational leadership experience within manufacturing, operations, or engineering environments

-2+ years of supervisory or people management experience

-Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies

-Proven ability to analyze and manage manufacturing KPIs

-Proficiency with MS Office and data analytics tools

-Willingness to relocate domestically/internationally during the program -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations (manufacturing-focused)

-Experience in connector or electronics manufacturing industries

-Experience working in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing settings
