Job description

We are looking for a real coder who is fully bought into the future of AI-assisted software development.

This is not a prompt engineering role. This is not a low-code operator role.

You need to actually know how to build software.

At ResiBrands, we are building internal platforms, CRMs, AI automations, operational systems, dashboards, lead systems, marketing tools, and customer-facing applications across multiple rapidly growing brands including That 1 Painter, Garage Up, Pink's Windows, and more.

Many of our products begin inside tools like Lovable, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Windsurf, and Supabase - but we need developers who can go beyond prompting and truly engineer scalable products.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and improving applications originally developed with AI-assisted workflows
  • Writing real production-ready code across frontend and backend systems
  • Debugging, optimizing, and scaling Lovable-generated applications
  • Building custom integrations with APIs, CRMs, payment systems, phone systems, and databases
  • Developing internal operational tools and AI-powered systems
  • Working directly with leadership to rapidly prototype and ship new ideas
  • Using AI coding tools to increase speed and output without sacrificing quality, * Supabase
  • AI agents and automations
  • CRM development

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web applications?, * Strong software engineering fundamentals

  • Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Experience with React and modern web frameworks
  • Experience working with databases such as Supabase or PostgreSQL
  • Ability to debug and improve AI-generated code
  • Understanding of APIs, authentication, integrations, and application architecture
  • Comfortable shipping quickly in fast-moving environments
  • Ability to own projects from concept to deployment
