We are seeking a Data Center Technician to join our Data Center Mentorship Program-an opportunity designed to meet you where you are and help you grow into one of the most in-demand roles in technology. Through structured learning, direct mentorship from senior technicians, and exposure to global-scale cloud operations, you'll gain the hands-on experience and support needed to build a long-term career in data center operations., As a Data Center Technician (DCT), you'll support the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and decommissioning of equipment that powers global cloud operations. This role is perfect for individuals who love problem-solving, teamwork, and hands-on technology.
What You'll Do

Install & Repair Servers and Network Gear: Prepare, install, troubleshoot, replace, and decommission hardware with guidance from experienced technicians.

Resolve Issues & Escalations: Track issues, ask questions, and escalate appropriately to keep operations running smoothly.

Prioritize Safety: Participate in required safety trainings, briefings, and follow all procedures related to lifting, electrical work, and working at heights.

Own Your Tasks: Complete assigned work tickets efficiently and accurately while meeting KPIs and SLAs.

Protect Critical Infrastructure: Follow strict security, confidentiality, and data management protocols.

Contribute to a Strong Team Culture: Collaborate, communicate, and stay engaged with your training cohort and onsite mentors.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic understanding of computer hardware (CPU, memory, storage)
